In this status, no actions can be performed on the charger until it is reconnected.
- A new window will appear on the right.
- Make sure your car is correctly connected to the charger you selected on the platform.
- If the car is not connected, the window will display inactive buttons.
- Once the car is properly connected, the "Start Charging" button will become active, allowing you to begin charging.
- Then, fill in the details for charging if needed, such as the energy and power you want to use for this session and a description. These fields are optional.
- Description – Add any relevant notes or details about this session for future reference.
- Session Power – Specify the maximum power (in kW) to be used during charging.
- Session Energy – Enter the total amount of energy (in kWh) you want to use for this session.
- Click the "Start Charging" button to initiate the session.
- Once started, the system will monitor your session, and you can track the charging progress in real time.
When you press 'Start Charging,' the system will begin delivering power to your vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is properly connected. You can stop charging at any time using the “Stop charging” button below.
If disabled (gray-out) check that your car is connected and your charger is allowed to start.
Session power indicates the rate at which energy is delivered to your vehicle during charging, measured in kilowatts (kW). Enter numeric characters to log this data for future reference and tracking. There's no need to include “kW”— simply input the numeric value, and it will be recorded accurately. Completion of this row is optional; you can leave it blank if you prefer.
Session energy represents the total amount of energy consumed during your charging session, measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh). Enter numeric characters to log this data for future reference and tracking. There's no need to include “kWh”— just input the numeric value, and it will be recorded accurately. Completion of this row is optional; you can leave it blank if you prefer.
The Reset button allows you to restart the charger or clear any errors. Pressing this button will:
- Restart the charger to refresh its status.
- Reset charging state.
- Fix minor issues that may be preventing proper operation.
- Important! Before pressing Reset, ensure that the charger is not connected to a vehicle.
Use this option if you encounter any issues or need to reset the charger before starting a new session.
When you press 'Stop Charging,' the charging session will end, and power delivery to your vehicle will be halted immediately.
Cards
The RFID Card Management table allows you to view and manage the usage details of RFID cards associated with your account. Below are the columns and their descriptions:
- Tag ID – The unique identifier for the RFID card.
- Display Name – The name associated with the cardholder. This option can be changed at any time.
- Max Energy – The maximum energy allocation (in kWh) available for use with the card. This option can be changed at any time.
- Used Energy – The amount of energy already consumed by the cardholder (in kWh).
- Valid From – The date and time when the card becomes active. This option can be changed at any time.
- Valid Until – The expiration date and time of the card's validity. This option can be changed at any time.
- Last Time Used – The most recent date and time the card was used for charging.
- Active/Inactive – Indicates whether the card is currently active ("On") or inactive ("Off"). This option can be changed at any time.
“Sort by” option
The Sort By feature allows you to organize the table data based on specific columns, making it easier to find and analyze information.
Available Sorting Options:
- Display Name – Sorts the table alphabetically by the cardholder's name (Default option).
- Used Energy – Orders the table based on the total energy (kWh) consumed by each RFID card, from the highest value to the lowest.
- Last Time Used – Sorts sessions based on the most recent usage date and time, allowing you to track the latest charging activities.
The table allows you to organize data in ascending or descending order, depending on your initial selection (“Sort by”). This feature offers flexibility, enabling you to analyze the data in the most effective way based on your needs.
Sorting Order Options:
- Ascending Order (Default) – Sorts the table alphabetically in ascending order based on the column selected in the "Sort By" option. This ensures that the data is arranged from A to Z for text fields or from smallest to largest for numerical values.
- Descending Order – Sorts the table alphabetically in descending order based on the column selected in the "Sort By" option. This means the data will be arranged from Z to A for text fields or from largest to smallest for numerical values.
To edit an RFID card, follow these steps:
- Click on the pen icon located in the last column of the table next to the card you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the card details, such as updating the Display Name, Max Energy, Valid From, Valid Until, or the Active/Inactive status.
- Once you’ve finished editing, click the green check button to save the modifications.
- If you decide not to save your changes, simply click the red X button to discard the changes and exit the editing mode.
Display Name – The name associated with the cardholder.
To change the display name, in the editing mode click directly on the row of the Display Name column and type the new name associated with the cardholder.
Max Energy – The maximum energy allocation (in kWh) available for use with the card.
To update the max energy, in the editing mode click directly on the Max Energy row and enter the desired value for the cardholder, using numbers only*.
*If you enter alphabetical characters instead of numerical values in fields that require numbers, a message will appear at the bottom of the page, informing you that "You need to insert numbers in order to save your completed row." In this case, your row will not be saved, and the system will retain the last valid numerical information for that field. This ensures that no invalid data is stored, maintaining the accuracy and consistency of the information.
Valid from and Valid until
- Valid From – The date and time when the card becomes active.
- Valid Until – The expiration date and time of the card's validity.
To edit Valid From and Valid Until, click directly on the date row. This will open a pop-up window with two tabs: Calendar and Clock at the top of the pop-up
- In the Calendar tab, select the desired date.
- In the Clock tab, choose the hour for the selected date.
- After selecting the date and time:
- Click the OK button to confirm and save the changes.
